Interview
Lots of steps, Interviewed about 4 times and randomly was told they were not moving forward. The last interview the person looked like they didn't want to be there. There were going to be a total of 7 interviews. There were a few weeks between each step. Overall I felt like they knew they were going to hire someone internally but had me (external) interview as a formality.

Interview
Atlassian seemed like a very respectable organisation. However, I have to admit I was extremely disappointed in their recruitment process. After a first call with the recruiter, I concluded it was not the kind of companies I wanted to work for. The recruiter kept interrupting my answers and showed no interest whatsoever in learning about my goals and ambitions. The interview felt more like an interrogation. Frankly I was shocked by his lack of manners and discourteousness which gave me a glimpse at the company's culture.

Interview
Interviews were actually better than I expected. Everyone was well prepared and had very detail questions. Only reason why I for the negative outcome was I never heard back. Would have appreciated some follow up.
