I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Atlassian in Mar 2024
Interview
1. recruiter screen
2. technical SQL & Python interview
3. team matching
4. onsite interview (standard loop)
not a great experience. the recruiter went on a two week vacation in the middle of the process and left me hanging without a coverage plan. She then sped me through the full loop but then never got back to me about the result. Overall a waste of my time and left a really bad impression of the company overall.

Behavioural quesions were vague. Given case study was not elated to to the domain. Multiple rounds with a long selection process.Feedback was informative. They do not recruit for a particular position, recruit for the skil. At the end of long interview, you might or might not have a vacany.
Nice Interview process. Three rounds. First round was about what kind of work i am doing correctly, what work i like to do. What challenges I face at work etc.,
Second round was about a few SQL Questions and AB Testing
