I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Atlassian (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2014
Interview
The interview process was interesting at Atlassian. I had a couple over-the-phone interviews, followed by a 3-hour on-site interview, which cycled me through 4 different individuals. 2 of which were in the Customer Advocate role, and two were management, of different levels.

I applied online. I interviewed at Atlassian (Austin, TX)
Interview
The process began with a phone interview, leading to three in-person interviews. I felt like the team was transparent with me throughout the process. When I was presented with an offer from another organization, I was asked to hold off on accepting, and my manager was able to make an offer that I could easily accept.

Question 1
Understanding Atlassian's core values is crucial throughout the interview process. You will be asked which core values most resonate with you.
The person who conducted the initial interview didn't sound interested and made me feel like he was just doing the interview for compliance purposes. I've only been interviewed once and hopefully it isn't the case for all of their interviewer.
