It was a pretty standard process with a recruiter and the pint of contact for the department. Communication was good and transparent. I think they ended hiring internally, so it would have been great to shorten the process if that's the route you know you're going.

7 rounds of interviews and 4 months later and was ghosted without so much as a reply from either the hiring manager or recruiter. Processes like this should be made illegal, but Atlassian will surely post a nice graphic for Mental Health Day. Seriously shameful to treat people that way.
