I applied for this position via LinkedIn job posting and after 2 day got in touch with HR and after speaking with HR came to know that Atlasian only hire people from bigger organisations Like Cisco, VMware etc i.e. from their target list companies only. HR told me I wouldn’t be considered for this job as I come from a company which is not the target company of Atlasian.
