Interview
First interview was short and with a recruiter asking basic questions.
Subsequent interview with owner and managers was on the longer side. Initially it was in a group, then one on one with each person. These people were incredibly smart and asked the most difficult interview (technical and non-technical) questions I've ever had to answer.
