Received invitation for a phone screen then called back for in-person interview. Turnaround was quick. Ask to put together a PowerPoint presentation answering a few questions regarding my experience and response to scenarios. Presented during interview. Interview was with two employees and ran more like a conversation than an interview which eased the tension.
