      Interview

Seamless, punctual, thought provoking. Manager was on time and prepared with questions, but also friendly so that it felt more like conversation rather than a stressful interview. Manager provided detailed information about all aspects regarding position.

      Interview

I applied for a lift coach job, I was contacted via email the next day to set up a phone screening interview and fill out a application. I had my call screening call a few days later- this was pretty easy and informal. They went over the company philosophy and what they were looking for in coaches. I was emailed back the next day that the hiring manager I had spoken thought I’d be a good fit for a open program manager position and that a recruiter would contact me soon to set up a interview. I waited a week and heard nothing back, reached back out to the hiring manager I spoke with originally who responded immediately and stated the that she was looking into it for me. I waited another week and finally got a email to set up a phone interview. A few days later I had my screening for the Program Manager position. This was pretty easy as well with some basic questions about my management experience. At the end he asked if I would like to move forward and set up a meeting with a director which I agreed to and he stated he’d get back to me with some times and dates. I waited a week and again heard nothing so I reached out to the recruiter. He responded back a few days later and said he was working on times and dates, and forwarded me some additional tasks to accomplish that would be part of the interview. This included responding to a email, and a short presentation. I worked on this for several hours and waited to hear back. A little over a a week layer I heard nothing again, I reached back out and heard nothing. A week after this i received an email, stating that they hired someone else already, but asked if I’d be interested in a Lift Coach position, which I stated I was. I was then contacted a few days later by the original hiring manager I had met with first and a in person interview was set up. This happened a week later and was told it was going to be a panel interview with three Program Managers. I showed up and only two were there, a third one was on a video call however they failed to tell me this until the very end of the interview. The interview was pretty straight forward and I thought went well. At the end they stated that they would contact me by the end of the week with a secession. I again heard nothing back and reached out for an update . I heard back from the hiring manager a few days later stating that she had been sick and she was catching up and would hear from a recruiter in the next few days. A week went by and I heard nothing again. I reached out to the recruiter and hiring manager and heard nothing back. I waited another week and half or so and reached out again, and again heard nothing back. Overall, communication them was very poor and they seemed disorganized.
