Atlantic Pool Service interview questions

Fill out an application on their website and email it to them. They will get a call in a few weeks to set up an interview. They do call interviews and in person interviews.

I applied online and I was contacted by the manager in about a week's time asking to come in for a job interview. There were no behavioral questions. The manager explained the details of the job and asked me to get a pool operator's license. I was basically hired on the spot.
