Questioned your resume and didn't ask anything specific. They talked a lot about their own goals and said they expected a lot. Went overtime and expected a second interview with you if chosen

The first stage of the interview was relatively structured and provided a clear format for assessing candidates. However, the second stage, which was conducted on-site, felt less organized. Many of the questions asked during this stage were repetitive or similar to those from the first round. Had to email HR many times to get a response.
