Visited a job fair that the company hoisted, upon arrival you are greeted and asked to fill out a paper application for the position you are interested in.
After waiting for my turn I was directed to one of the companies Maintenance Supervisors for a sit down interview. I was asked about my work experience, technical knowledge, and my resume was reviewed.
Immediately following the first interview I was directed to a different table where I was introduced to a Property Manager and the Regional Manager for a follow up interview. Similar technical questions and a request for references. I was told to expect a call for an interview with the Director of Maintenance.
The interview with the Director of Maintenance was a test of electrical,plumbing,HVAC,fire alarm, and several general questions. The test was very challenging.
Lastly an interview with the proposed building manager, board of directors president and the regional manager was scheduled. I presented projects and materials that I had with me, we walked the property.
HR department contacted me three days after that last interview with a job offer.
