Atlantic County (New Jersey) interview questions

The interview was relatively casual. It was about 25 minutes long. I connected with the interviewer by being personable and not overly stiff. The interviewer asked me about my experience and my strengths.

Called me and I came in for the interview. I thought they were efficient, fair, succinct and knew what they wanted. They went over my experience and asked me if I could be a subordinate and not a boss. I said yes, but little did I know that I was going to be working for an unprofessional and stupid person. Especially because the Assistant Director was very knowledgeable and knew how to run the program. They wanted to know my educatio, accomplishments, background and my best and most successful project.
