Atlantic Aviation interview questions

Interview was straight forward and more informational than critical of your skills. They want to make sure you understand the position and schedule requirements prior to joining the company and ask minimal questions about your background and work habits

Interview was generally easy. Mostly asked about your experience and your schedule. There is also a discussion about the job itself and what it can entail. They ask you if you are comfortable working call-in's, weekends, overtime, etc. Overall a good interview. However I would have to rate the interview as neutral because the hiring managers have completely ghosted me after the interview process. I understand if a candidate isn't selected for a role, but it's only professional to give notice to the candidate after the interview takes place.
