Easy interview
Application
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Atlanta Center for Medical Research (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2020
Interview
1) Applied online
2) Was sent a ~45 min online assessment
3) A month later was scheduled for an HR phone screen (~10 min, basic questions about background and interests)
4) 2 weeks later was invited for an in-person interview with HR and a Study Coordinator (~30 min, more basic interview questions)
5) 1 week later was invited for a working interview - just passed Research Assistants and Study Coordinators and shadowed their work
While being walked out at the end of the working interview, I was told I would hear back with a decision within a week. After 7 days of not hearing anything, I emailed HR to check in and never received a reply. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not heard anything.

There were 4 steps:

2) Brief phone call (~20 minutes, straightforward, answer questions about your resume)
3) In person interview (~30 minutes, panel of 3 employees)
4) Working interview (~3 hours, shadow current employees)

Applied online. One phone interview , then one onsite working interview. I loved the working interview because I got to tour the facility and guidance on expectations and my daily job duties.
