It was a behavioral type interview in a very relaxed atmosphere. There was only one person who interviewed me and the person who interview me was very easy going and made the process very comfortable. The office as a whole was very relaxed. I heard back within a couple days with an offer. The offer was fair and my boss was very understanding of my needs, not just her own.

Met with manager and discussed job expectations. I was informed that the position had already been offered to someone else but if they declined, i would be offered a position next

Interview
They asked very average questions but everyone was very kind and took interest in what I had to say. They were quick to get back to me after the interview. Although I did not get the job it was a positive experience.

How are you with juggling multiple things at once?
The interview process was very simple and easy. First I had a phone interview followed by an in person interview. The interview was held in a back office and was casual. I felt comfortable and we had more of a conversation then an interview. It felt low stress.
