The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Athletico
Interview
I sent in my application and the next day received an email trying to schedule a phone interview. I replied back within 2 hours with my availability. I then heard nothing until I sent a second email a few days later to see if they had received it. They replied to see if I was available that day or the next to which I replied I was. Silence again. Another day later, received yet another email to see availability to which I responded again.
We never set anything up but I did receive a phone call later that day for the phone interview.
The whole process was so unprofessional. If you can’t even set up a phone interview in a timely fashion, I can’t imagine how the office is ran...
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Athletico
Interview
Met with manager and discussed job expectations. I was informed that the position had already been offered to someone else but if they declined, i would be offered a position next

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Athletico (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2021
Interview
They asked very average questions but everyone was very kind and took interest in what I had to say. They were quick to get back to me after the interview. Although I did not get the job it was a positive experience.

Question 1
How are you with juggling multiple things at once?
The interview process was very simple and easy. First I had a phone interview followed by an in person interview. The interview was held in a back office and was casual. I felt comfortable and we had more of a conversation then an interview. It felt low stress.
