Thanks for your feedback, we like to make our first interview a pretty informal process, in order to meet the applicant and see if we both get along, but we can see how sometimes this can lead to not enough information being given. Had you attended the second interview if selected then you would have spent the day shadowing one of our trainers at a live marketing event where we interact with customers on behalf of our clients.
