First interview is with HR, who tells you a bit of the project in a monologue way. They ask you if you have programmed with a certain technology and that's it.
The second interview is a tech test with a little irrelevant JS concepts, questions like alternatives to make a setTimeout (answer: a while checking the date) in where they didn’t evaluate the rationale behind as they wanted the exact answer. And an algorithm exercise, where the interviewer had no idea about Big O notation.
The third one is with the CTO, which is basically an algorithm problem, which they had to implement in the core software of the company. You end the interview feeling like it's a show-off of how good they are without being open-minded to hear different perspectives.
They didn't give me feedback at any time, they didn't even tell me anything at the end of the process.
