the interview process is very straight forward. The process is phone screen, on-site interview and the team interview. The HR manager will assist you until you are onboarded. Pretty straight forward.

What will you do if you need to reach out someone immediately but the person is not answering their phone?
Straightforward and personal. Was asked a lot about previous jobs and education, as much experience in industry was not required. Interviewers were very nice and excited for interns, and wanted to share their knowledge and industry passion.

What have you learned in school that has prepared you for this role and industry?
Both online and in person. They asked questions about previous employment, organizational skills, time management and goals. They also discussed some of the changes the organization is going through and the company’s vision for the coming years.
