It was smooth. There were four rounds: HR round, homework assignment, homework evaluation and meet the team round. All of them were conducted through the Zoom. All the people I met in Ataccama were very friendly and informal.

I had an initial interview with a recruiter from Ataccama a few years ago, and it left a very negative impression. The recruiter came across as condescending from the beginning. When I shared my expected salary, she smirked and told me that such a number was unrealistic for Prague and that I should “research the market.” Her tone was dismissive and unprofessional. Because of that interaction, I decided to withdraw from the hiring process entirely. Ironically, I later received an offer from another company for even more than what I had asked for in this interview. This experience made it clear that attitude and respect matter just as much as job requirements, and unfortunately, Ataccama fell short in that regard.
