I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AtHoc (San Mateo, CA) in Dec 2013
Interview
They mostly have 3 rounds of interview. First one they keep low to medium level. And then they will schedule second round. It's technical screen sharing. In which they ask to do some code while sharing your screen. Which is something most of the people are not comfortable with!! In second round they would want you to code in that way. So, knowing the technology and coding in your way, won't be enough to clear the interview. And even if you clear 1 hr of screen sharing round there will be third F2F round which may take one full day of yours! I would prefer to spend this much of time to get into some big IT giants.

Question 1
Same set of common questions so its frustrating to answer them one by one in single day. they ask some design patter ques which they did not understand very well, finally some array sort silly question. Overall its frustrating experience and what a waste of time
