Long interview process. Have to do many different assessments that I don’t think is relevant to my role. Not sure why this is needed. The only good thing is that everything can be done within the day and I was notified on the same day if I get the job or no.

Got an offer on the same day. 3 rounds of interviews. With the HR, CFO, manager. Took around 3 hours. Got some personality test to do too, this test is needed for all positions
