At Home Customer Service Representative interview questions

After applying they reached out fairly quick. Received an email inquiring about a screening call with a member of their team. The email shaped the interaction as a phone call, however, the day before (or so) they switched it to a Teams call instead. The interviewer seemed like they were going through the motions and inquired about "gaps" in my resume between 2020-2021. I'm guessing the "interviewer" forgot about the pandemic that misplaced thousands of Americans and individuals across the globe?? Shameful.
