The position was referred by a colleague. I submitted my resume and cover letter to the HR contact.They conducted a phone interview a few weeks later. After the phone screening, I have never heard from them again. The HR manager was polite.The whole interview took about forty minutes. Obviously, they were on the speaker, which made it very hard for the interviewee to hear what they say.
