Interview
Very casual and very personable. I feel as if they were not as transparent regarding the position as they should have been. I interviewed expecting something different and when I got the job it was weird.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Asurea (Martinez, CA) in Jul 2018
Interview
Definitely more of an interrogation than an interview. I have sales experience and I recently got my sales license to work with a sister company of theirs. And I told them that the company didn't give me so much training and I was hoping that I could find more training here. And then they started interrogating me about why the training didn't work for me and why do you think that they do the training. Pretty much saying that I'm wrong because the training that the other company had set up for me didn't work and they got defensive with that. I think it's because that what I told them I didn't like was exactly what their company is.
