2. 30 minute Zoom interview with the EA, basically went over how the position is and how the CEO is like, since it would be directly working with him.
The job post did not have hours, and that was because according to them it was because it would depend on a couple of factors but it would be about 50 hours a week. Based on what I was told, the EA was working weekends, it was not "time consuming" material but it was more of, if you are needed you are expected to complete these tasks, which I thought could be a very slipper slope, since it was a salary position. Just seemed like the type of position that if boundaries weren't set, you would basically be on call a lot of the time, even after you weren't at the office.
