Very lovely & engaging. It is a long interview process but definitely for the right reasons to make sure they’re hiring the right fit. Started with an initial values interview, around 15 mins. Causal conversation, with questions revolving around the brands values and about you and ur personality! If successful, then you’re invited to a ‘Hiring Party’, which is more like a 2nd round of interviews that involves group work, given scenarios of what stylists normally go through on the shop floor. We were also told to bring one item that represents ourselves as an ice breaker! If successful again, your called for a ‘trial shift’. Very casual, overseeing how the store runs and interacting with customers. Lasts for around 15-30 mins. Overall, rather lengthy but worth it well structured interview process, as you learn more about the brand and interact with your potential team members! It’s a really welcoming aesthetic environment, that just motivates you to be the best you can be. Interview difficulty is around average-difficult. It’s a very casual yet formal experience, so it is possible to ruin your chances of getting an offer as it’s easy to forget you’re always being assessed as it’s such a causal welcoming space while interviewing.

Very, very brief interview call over zoom where the only questions asked were 1. what life moment defined you, 2. which of our company values do you identify with and 3. what are your hobbies. Didn't ask anything about previous roles or experiences and was not offered a second interview.
