I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aston Carter (Bloomington, MN) in Sept 2020
Interview
My interview was a smooth process. It was via Zoom since I was interviewing during COVID-19. There was only person I interviewed with since I was a referral. Others I worked with has interviewed with 3-4 managers.
Went through a preliminary call to present the opportunity and key items. The conversation was really open and to the point: no waste of time, no postponing of key question to a later stage. This made the process very smooth and efficient.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Aston Carter
Interview
It was very easy. Video interview about job details and experience. They are very straightforward with expectations and are welcoming. Their approach is open and allows a positive and less tense experience.
The process was pretty easy. I responded to an email and got a call pretty quickly. There was a short interview on that call and then a more in depth interview on Zoom.
