I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aston Carter (Cedar Rapids, IA) in Apr 2022
Interview
Aston Carter called me and helped set me up with jobs that fit my experience, goals and salary range. I got to work one on one with a recruiter which was very helpful.
Went through a preliminary call to present the opportunity and key items. The conversation was really open and to the point: no waste of time, no postponing of key question to a later stage. This made the process very smooth and efficient.

Interview
It was very easy. Video interview about job details and experience. They are very straightforward with expectations and are welcoming. Their approach is open and allows a positive and less tense experience.
The process was pretty easy. I responded to an email and got a call pretty quickly. There was a short interview on that call and then a more in depth interview on Zoom.
