We appreciate interview processes can be daunting for some candidates but feel a robust process is important to identify great candidates, especially given some of the needs of digital marketing. I've checked the advert and role profile and both specified the working hours including some evenings and weekends. The advert also stated that a video reel was needed however, we will take back your comments regarding the process and consider how we can highlight this for future vacancies.
