Asks you generic questions for customer service position, overall an easy interview, first application is over e-mail and send a short video of you talking about your job experience. Second step is an interview with the office manager where they ask about your self and about your experience as CSR.
The interview was ok, asked if I could answer phone calls, solve customer issues, and fulfill orders. The Interview was quite interesting, was interviewed by HR and other staff. The starting pay was ok too

Easy and related to previous work experience . Describe yourself and casually introduce company. Brief info regarding work environment. Fast process, walk through the office area. They are like a revolving door with hiring, as people are constantly leaving after such poor management
