Weird questioning and thought process, Otherwise the process is somewhat okay, I thought I would be declined in the first phase, surprised I made it through to the second phase.

When should a small issue be issues be escalated to a manager.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Asta (Melbourne) in Sept 2016
Interview
The interview process was just the standard 1:1. The interviewer was late for the interview though, but other than that it was fine. Normal "Tell me about yourself, where do you see yourself in 5 years, any questions, etc." questions.
