Strange interview. Stated I would be micro-managed from the start and asked how I would handle a project with a deadline of 1 week, but 2 weeks work to go. Their answer was for staff to work 24 hours. I believe they wanted an army sergeant to ruffle the feathers of staff and take the blame for projects not meeting deadlines. I'm a big believer in building word place culture, I didn't feel it here.
