      I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Assurant in Mar 2022

      It wasn’t bad but interviewer sure does not know how to ask questions or just the questions Assurant sets up are not well written or said. Seems as they want exact personal information of events that you’ve experienced with costumers I think that’s a bit too personal If you ask me. It showed only be questions giving an overall view of what you would do in a situation but detail by detail of who the costumer was.

If you have ever had to deal with a costumer when You had a lot going on around you and how did you focus? What concerns did you deal with your customers in your previous job?

      The interviewer asked performance based questions. Gave a very detailed job description and company overview. Great Manager did the interview and was easy to talk to. Not stressful like some interviews.

      Nivel de inglés requerido: al menos C1. Dos entrevistas grupales. La primera es mas breve, consta de 2 preguntas en inglés. A mi me preguntaron si alguna vez había recibido feedback negativo de algún supervisor, y qué me motiva de trabajar para est empresa. En la segunda te presentas, luego respondes 2 preguntas, y luego ven un caso puntual que te envían (todo en inglés)
