Interview
First a phone interview and if they like your answers you will be asked for a person interview. Then the process is a panel of 3 different managers one being the head and 2 others who work under.

Question 1
Basic Project Manager questions nothing in depth as they were looking for more personality fits than a real project manager. I would make sure you know and ask about the title position as they tend to steer you into what they see fit even if you are not keen to do so leaving you no choice if you want to keep your job.
El proceso constó de tres etapas y fue relativamente ordenado. Primero tuve una entrevista inicial con RRHH para validar experiencia y expectativas. Luego una entrevista técnica con el hiring manager, donde revisamos proyectos previos, metodologías ágiles y manejo de stakeholders. Finalmente, una conversación con el equipo para evaluar el fit cultural.
Las entrevistas fueron respetuosas y claras, aunque el proceso tomó más tiempo del esperado y la comunicación entre etapas podría haber sido más fluida.

HR sets up a call with the haring manager. Got on the call, guy was arrogant. Asked questions that could not ne answered. Worst interviewer I have ever had. I just wanted it to end. Should have just hung up

Interview
A quick 10 minute interview where the interviewer was trying to find the internal referral information. No actual interview questions were asked but informed me they wanted to get the attention of the hiring manager in order to line up a conversation since my past experience was more than qualified. 2 weeks later I received the generic rejection letter not moving forward.
