I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Association Innovation and Management (Washington, DC) in May 2025
Interview
Applied online and got a call with interviewer, got a zoom link, and had the call. Seems interesting but the scale and scope of work they are looking for goes from basic help test, to network support, to full stack development, to cloud, and more.
I'm not sure if the company even understands what they are looking for at this point. Seems to be a project/ contractor company which doesn't really have a path forward. Only offering part time which is understandable but realistically what kind of development can you achieve with like 20 hours per week?
Strangely enough, when asked about employee tenure length, the interviewer said this was a relatively new position then gave examples of how some people stayed for years at part time. Which seems illogical considering this is a high cost of living area and they require in office commitment.
Over all the interviewer was nice and respected my time but did not really allow for discussion about time commitment or is there is advancement in the company which leads me to think this is basically a chop-shop type operation where its a revolving door or people going in and out.
