After submitting my resume online I was asked to come in for an in person interview. Upon arrival I had to fill out a lengthy information form before being brought in. The interview itself took about an hour and a half. The questions asked weren't hard and seemed off for interviewing for a Director position. They'll ask a little about your history, but they really don't ask any serious design related questions. I was asked to complete a design "test" to be considered for the role. I completed this over a few days and had to print and deliver this to the company. Note, you are not paid for this time and you must pay yourself to print and deliver. I was asked in for a second interview, which wasn't much of one. They discussed my design submission before pitching their company rather than getting to understand more about my history. Second interview took two hours.
