I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Assignar (Denver, CO) in Feb 2025
Interview
Fairly easy process - Christine the HR person I interviewed was great, be prepared for a few situational questions and to talk about your current role and how what you do in your sales process applies to the job you’re interviewing for
Initial screening call, portfolio presentation and walkthrough and final interview with SLT. The process was well organised, considerate and quick. There was no beating around the bush or irrelevant questions.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Assignar
Interview
I interviewed for this position and made it past the first stage. I was asked to complete a take home assignment, the assignment was to conduct a step by step navigation of your favorite social media app. After submitting the assignment the hiring manager followed up days later to let me know they’ll get back to me but they never did. I reached out two additional times in which there was radio silence. This company obviously doesn’t value your time. During the interview the hiring manager talked about why the role was open and told me that they were getting rid of the person that previously held the position because they were not performing to standard despite the amount training materials or feedback they were given. To me that’s a reflection of the leader. They only have a 30 day onboarding process so I’m not sure how equipped someone can be in that short time period. The hiring manager also stated they haven’t had any layoffs but after a quick search and reference check the company has had over 2 rounds of layoffs in the past year. Overall a disappointing experience with many red flags.
