My interview process was mainly non-existent in the traditional manner, mainly because I was recommended to the company's management and the HR department. I did, however, have a standard conversation with the company's HR team, where I talked through all the things I'm able to do. I then got assigned to a IT Support team, where I learned some valuable maintenance skills.
