I applied online. I interviewed at Aspirion (Lakeland, FL) in Apr 2022
Interview
Phone interview with HR, recorded interview submission, interview via Skype with management (3 different individuals but one on one), and writing sample submission. All took around two weeks to complete the process and to receive an offer
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aspirion
Interview
HR screening call which was fast and straightforward
then had to zoom with two people who pretty much asked basic questions.
then had to do a 1 hour writing sample. my issue with this company is that the pay is incredibly low, like seriously the bare minimum for someone who's an attorney. less than 60 thousand. then they offer like less than 100 a month commission. I did the writing test which took an hour, and they emailed me back 10 minutes later saying they aren't moving forward with my application. waste of time for a low paying job

Question 1
where do you see yourself in 5 years? what do you do for fun? what's the thing you are most proud of yourself in your work experience?
I applied online. I interviewed at Aspirion in Sept 2023
Interview
It's a 3-step Interview process:
Phone screening
2 - 30-minute interviews with the managing attorneys
Then a written assessment
I received an informal Job Offer but the HR, Meghan Horton, was very unresponsive and basically ghosted me after offering me the job. They say they prefer a barred attorney but it's not required. However, the communication after receiving the job offer was focused more on when I am taking a bar exam than when I will start.

Question 1
Who are you, work expectations, are you okay with the job benefits/ salary, when can you start
My overall advice regarding Aspirion is don’t waste your time. The interview process is so long, you would think you were interviewing for a high level CEO position, not 55k a year low level attorney job. I was first contacted by HR, who set up a phone interview. The HR person never called for the interview. After 30 mins past the scheduled interview time, I called her and was told she forgot me. The interview was then rescheduled for an hour later that day. Following the short phone interview, a Microsoft Teams meeting interview with one of their attorneys was scheduled a few days later. After about 20 mins of a traditional standard interview, we are saying our goodbyes and I was informed another person would be logging on. The attorney logged off and a different attorney proceeded to interview me for 20 more mins asking almost all of the same questions that were previously asked. So I repeated myself again for 20 mins. Following these interviews I was emailed by HR to take a test. I then took their writing test and was told by HR I would hear back from them by the end of the week. Over a week went by without a word, so I emailed the HR person to follow up. No response. Then over a month later I receive an email stating that after reviewing my application, they decided not to move forward with my submission. So after interviewing me 3 different times, they reviewed my application?! This company is so disorganized and unprofessional!!!
