First CFO was late and asked his assistant who had already left for the day call me 1 hour after our scheduled time to let me know he was busy and would need to reschedule. I took the day off for this interview. I scheduled for first thing the next day. Assistant sent me a calendar invite and low and behold attached to that invite were all the notes about me, my interview with HR, the second interview with direct manager. What they liked about me, ect.....very unprofessional
