I was contacted by their recruiter and we had a phone discussion, then I was scheduled for two rounds of on-site interviews with the tech team. Both interviews went well, the recruiter and the team were friendly and communication was generally good. However, at the end of the 7-week process I was told that hiring for the position was being postponed indefinitely. I was disappointed for sure, but I still don't think I had a negative experience. If I had to guess it was some kind of budget issue, or otherwise having higher-ups change their mind about allowing a new hire. Overall their process was good.
