The interview was basically then selling me on the job, not me selling myself. Should have been a red flag, but I didn't see it. The interview was a joke.

They ask you a few questions, walk you around a nice office to entice you and then offer a position. There was nothing challenging about the process. I actually felt that the interviewer was practicing a sales pitch.

quick interview, quick offer, overall easy to get hired at this place. They don't seem to ask you too many questions about yourself, it's more of them telling you about the company.
