Aspen Dental Regional Manager interview questions

I applied online. I was contacted by a recruiter. I was in another state so the interview was conducted over the phone. Once the phone interview was complete. The recruiter let me know that the office would not be opening until the end of the year. She told me she would be in touch when the opening was closer.

The interview process is lengthy, but it's because they want to make sure they choose great people for the company. They do a great job of describing the mission and values of the company and do a great job of setting expectations with each position.
