you start w phone interview first w recruiter. you complete zoom interview second w regional director. if they like you, they have you come for a site visit. after the site visit, you'll be offered a contract if everything went well.

The interview is very chill and conversation-based. They want to get to know you on a personal level and learn about your background to see if you fit the team. You can ask them any questions you have, and they are happy to answer them for you.
