I was required to send a CV, and upon receiving my CV the area manager was quick to organise an interview. The interview was laid back, taking place in a coffee shop. The questions where typical of a skincare consultant, such as how would you help a customer find their perfect skincare routine. They also required examples of customer service. Following the interview, I was offered the job within a week.
