It was an easy interview general questions, some situational questions on selling, most questions were from your resume/cv only, first round was GD then there was HR interview then ASM interview then RM interview
It was moderate and not too complex . There were two interview rounds - Area Manager round and Regional Manager round. The first round was a bit technical and involved sales skills and knowledge regarding marketing concepts. But the second round was mostly about understanding the candidate.
