It went for two and half hours- three in the room- they asked me about every word almost in the cv. took a lot of notes. they were asking about problems seeking solutions and recording my experience answer. Then when it came to salary discussion it was awful. I tried to be clear on what I need and my expectations as possible, two of them were arguing if what is written in the job offer was it the gross or the net. Then one said its the net and the other was surprised because he didn't know!! It was so unorganized with lake of clear vision on what they want. Big waste of time!
