No phone interview; in-person office interview with accounting management. Overall, the interview process was very smooth and management was very quick in making a decision. Also, the hiring team was very open about the job role and its demands.

Interview
The interview process went well management seems very nice they hired me less than hour and wanted to know when I can start. The wanted to know about your job history and why you can be valuable asset for the company. They were very transparent honest about their turner over rate and their health benefits paid vacation and salary cap. They explained the job description and duties.
As soon as the interview was done they hired me right away.
