The people I interacted with at Asher were very nice and easy to talk to. I got a call to interview about three weeks after I applied. After 3 separate calls I was enthusiastically offered a different job then what I applied for. I asked for a written job description for the new position and the president ghosted me after I gave her a salary range (after saying that she'd get back to me). I didn't even get a courtesy email saying that they couldn't meet my salary expectations or withdrawing the offer. They literally just disappeared. For a company that promotes supporting women, I was disappointed to find that they expected me to accept an offer, without negotiating, at a salary well below my current pay. I think Asher is one of those companies that seems great on the surface but internally is strategically unorganized. Again, I was very disappointed at how they treated me as a candidate and I honestly expected better. I'd proceed with caution as a candidate here.
